The Philadelphia Business & Technology Center (PBTC), a 320,000 sq. ft commercial Center, supplies, along with other services, office, storage, and loading dock space to meet your business needs. Family owned and operated since 1988, the PBTC has been working with the West Parkside business and residential communities to develop this historic area in Philadelphia for over 30 years.
The PBTC is adjacent to West Fairmount Park the home of the Mann Music Center, the Please Touch Museum, The Horticultural Center, and Shofuso House to name a few landmarks. ​The main structure of the PBTC was built, by Colliers & Aikens Corp, as a fabric manufacturing plant for airplanes and cars starting in 1927.
